Today, I wanted to show you how I did my make-up. I would have done a video but then again, I put my make-up on straight out of the shower (= naked), so I thought that wouldn't be a good idea.. I was excited about this month's EBEW theme - I absolutely adore green. When one of my besties had a bday party themed rainbow colors I chose green in a heartbeat. I have always loved green (I have green eyes). For EBEW I chose not to go all-out green but rather hint at it with my favorite tights and my favorite make-up. I used Sephora's awesome eyeshadow/pencil (which works oh-so-well and lasts all day) and my Sephora eyeshadow pallet (the third from the right, first row). I also added a smidge of Sephora liquid eyeliner and of course a dosage of mascara. I really like this Max Factor mascara, but I'm no expert. I just think it's user friendly and has a nice finish. Okay, so that's all about the face. Now the body. I thrifted this jersey dress eons ago and love it's artistic feel. (Funny, I used to be a bit ashamed if I thrifted something that it was thrifted but now all that's gone. I love a good find - though to be honest the Czech Rep. isn't too thrift generous. You don't usually find too good pieces or too good prices. Such is life.) Also wearing Gucci´s Envy parfume. Dnes se to hodí v zelené. Moje oblíbené líčení (převážně vše Sephora) a moje oblíbené punčochy. Svěží a hezky jarní kombinace pro den, který začal největší lenivostí (zatáhnutí školy) a koukání na Iron Man 2. Místo obědu jsem svačila buráky a nějaké sladkosti co jsem našla doma. Někdy se holt musí taky odpočívat. Co se týče oblečení, mám na sobě trikové šaty značky River Island ze sekáče mezi Mírákem a Ípákem. Měla bych najít nějaké nové místa na lovení netradičních hadříků ae moc sekáčů v Praze, co by neměly samé odporné nebo předražené věci, není. Nebo nevíte o něčem? xox, Vaše Veve

The boy & I took a car trip this morning/afternoon and so it was neccessary for me to dress warmly (the two pairs of tights, the moonboots) and comfortably but it wasn't much of a chore since I was dying to wear this new floral skirt. I bought it yesterday while stalking the shops for last minute Valentine's (already got the boy a Valentine's gift but wanted something extra) and it wouldn't be me if I hadn't found something for myself as well.

For our planned dinner I want to wear something less casual but still comfy and warm. My new H&M pencil skirt will be perfect along with the last of the shoe challenge shoes! Yeah!! I have officially saved 254 pairs of shoes this year:) A good year in deed;)

This skirt deserves some more mention, I love love love the red-blue combo and I absolutely adore it's shape. You'll be seeing it loads come Spring, I promise!

So obviously now you think I only shop at Zara and H&M and partially that's true (if you add Topshop & Stradivarius to the mix). And Melissa, obviously Melissa. I love love love Melissa Shoes, I'm additicted to them (ever since Viv's first collection for Mel). I bought these flats (the white pair first) about a month ago and was so enchanted by them that I ended ordering their negative counterparts (the black pair) with the idea I might wear one shoe out of each pair as a quirky pair of their own. Perhaps that's not the best idea, but anyways, it was worth a try. And I still love the shoes so am happy I got both color choices. They make me long for warm days and a bit of sun shine. Luckily my January vacation is coming up soon (in about two weeks) so now I just have to pass all of my exams and finish writing my essays. Aaaargh! Wish me luck, xox, MsV

EBEW: girl meets boy

These are possibly my favorite pants - leather trousers via Zara. They are very hardcore-ish. They were totally begging for sparkle heels... Sometimes clothes get their wishes, it's a beautiful world. Topshop Sakura heels, Next sweater, NYr tee.
