Howdy..

Wow. I haven't been here in such a long time! I am truly sorry for neglecting this here blog but I was sick with a bad case of angina. I was basically bed locked for the past two three weeks. And now that I'm back to functioning I'm frantically trying to get the rest of my Christmas gifts settled. I'll be honest and say that I'm buying most of the presents and making only a tiny tiny portion of them but it still feels like Christmas has crept up on me and I'm so not prepared.

In other news I was at a party not long ago and here are a few pictures. (It feels I haven't posted any photos in ages..)

While I was on facebook today, I came upon a "your year" summary feature and it showed the following photo and I just couldn't not share it with you. It's me & Dracul on the annual Sedmihorky Pig-club trip. I can't believe I could still lift him up in the summer (I can't anymore).

Man, I miss the summer! (Nowadays Dracul doesn't even want to go outside at all so I have to force him and he always makes a sense/ screams and it is so annoying...) Anyhoo, I have a DIY Christmas gift post planned that I will post tomorrow. So stay tuned and have a lovely Thursday! Bya!

What to wear to a family event..

..when it's not YOUR family, now that can be a tough one. Especially if it's a no-tatts kinda thing. My bf's uncle was celebrating his 60th bday and thus it was a more formal-ish get-together. Ended up buying a new dress for the occasion (and actually wore a black turtleneck under it and a pair of black tights - on both legs mind you.) And since my boy was going in a yellow-ish buttondown shirt I added matching accessories in the form of a ribbon belt and my favorite wedges.

As you can see, Dracul was quite enjoying my frantic dressing up and trying to find the perfect combination..

Now this is from this w/e. Went clubbing and dared to wear my "unlucky" dress (I tend to give my clothes and shoes and handbags lucky or unlucky qualities depending on what happens the first time I wear them and this dress went thru hell that night about three months ago..) and I think the unluckiness is gone since the night was all good.

Was great seeing the girls for it has been TOO long! Unfortunately was quite tired for it had been a looong day so we only stayed a bit after two and then went home...

A bit of a zombie photo but still, I bloody like it.)) (And you can see the dress - Zara - belt - Topshop - too bad you can't see the boots - Vagabond )

Girls' night out

I know I look tired and totally need a hair cut but I had slept about 5 hours, spent most of the day at work, argued with the boy and have exam month at the uni. Still was great to meet with the girls for wine and bitching:))

The photo of the hand near the ash tray and wine glass. (Explanation: making fun of people who take photos of cigarettes and alco, and we don't smoke so we had to improvise). Nice hand thou right? :D

At Tretter's. Took ages to find but so worth it cause its's such a nice bar. Yes, we had an overly bitchy night..

We have the same camera ♥

I dunno why but this picture just won't turn around. Waiting for our dinner at a favorite pizzeria.

My "I so don't wanna kiss you" face and Aja's sweet happy face. This is why we are the perfect match.

What to wear to jump outta an airplane?

That really is the question, isn't it? Ha, well tomorrow is D day and I'm in a bundle of nerves. Fussing about Buddy, time-management and not to mention the nagging thoughts in my head telling me I am going to die and it's going to be all my own bloody fault.

I have been advised to wear comfy (suitable for "landing") shoes - e.g. not taking the new peeptoes then - and apparently skirts aren't allowed either (bit of a disapointment, if you ask me..). So that kinda leave me with jeans and trainers, also known as the most boring outfit imaginable. What fun! And we'll be given some sort of a boiler suit (haha! never have worn one yet) to wear and a helmet. How flattering. And what's the point of it anyways? I mean, if the parachute doesn't open I doubt the helmet would help any.. Yup, you got it. I'm really "excited" about this whole deal. My best friend, sister, hairdresser and nail artist have all told me am crazy to be going but I've given my word and said I'd go so I'm going. I take my promises a bit too seriously, but then again, we each have our flaws, don't we.

Well, anyways, everyone else - who aren't my best friend, sister, hairdresser or nail artist - have assured me that it will be fun and very little chance of dying. I have thus decided to believe them and try to relish in the feeling of this self-inflicted dread. Yes, it will be fun! What joy awaits me! Yeay! (That is, unless I die..)

Am much more eager about the party afterwards thou. Now that should be a real head tripper. And will most definitely NOT be wearing no trainers or jeans to said party. No way. No way in hell.

UPDATE: the jump has been canceled due to bad weather. I guess some things just weren't meant to happen. Well at least party is still on, yeay:)))
