A special Files of new

Today has been a special hectic type of day. I woke up before 6 a.m. and had gone to sleep late, trying to solve an installation problem on my new computer. Anyways, I went to see my hairdresser and am super happy with the result. My hair feels good, it looks natural (well, the color is a dead ringer for my own hair color so I guess that shouldn't be a surprise!), I won't have to color my hair so much and I got a blow out and I love blow outs.

I got home, had some lunch (potato mushroom soup, so good) and got down to business. I had to contact my school but unfortunately that didn't come to the conclusion I was hoping for. Then I contacted Microsoft support about the installation issues I had been having. The guy on the phone was HORRIBLE. Not only did he obviously NOT understand computers AT ALL but he also had an attitude problem. I think he was just pissed off that he had to be working but still, that's  no excuse.

He sent me some links that were complete crap and then he said he'd call me back in two hours to give me time to go through the links. It took me about ten minutes and still my problem remained. So I went to the US website and contacted customer support via the chat and was connected to Marc, who was just divine. He connected to my computer and in no time found the problem and solved it.

So I'm very happy right now. Very tired too and should be doing school work but I need a break. By the way, I do want to mention my outfit. Sorry for the blurry photo, I was in a hurry to have lunch haha.How do you like my new hair color?

Anyways, I'm wearing my H&M pink coat, pink pashmina, H&M studded bag, F&F thick tights (it got cold again), River Island boots, pull&bear cardigan, Angel Eye London dress. I felt good in my outfit:) and even better as I was leaving after getting my hair done. Oh And I haven't forgotten about the lipstick challenge it's just that I wasn't wearing any and so I'm skipping this week and will resume the challenge next week. (I never wear make-up to the hairdresser's - just a tiny amount of foundation and some cheek stain and that's it.) Anyways, my new computer says hi! He's white and so cute that I named this post after him...

Files of New: Zara City

 After hearing so many great things about this bag, I finally took the plunge today. I've been looking for a good uni bag for ages - something that would fit my laptop & all my notebooks/kindle/everyday crap and yet still would be stylish and wearable with the things in my closet.. I originally wanted the black version but it was sold out and black is a tad bit boring no? So I'm glad I got the tan version instead. Now normally I would rather have bought something a little bit cheaper (it cost 1999 Kc which is about 77 Euro or 99$ - it's so sad how things in Czech Republic cost more than anywhere else :// I should have just ordered it online and it would have been cheaper even with the shipping but I didn't want to wait any longer.. so I've paid the price, but since I have been really good lately and not spending I thought it was a fitting reward.) but in the end I thought the bag well worth the money. (It's the Zara Office City Bag.)

 The bag is super cute and what I really love about it is that it has a padded pocket fitted from your laptop. Genius. This way you don't have to carry a case around with you saving you loads of room. (It fits a 15 inch laptop, but mine is a 13 incher so he'll be more than comfy.) I cannot wait to wear it to school & work tomorrow! (* All pictures from Zara.com)

Files of New: Topshop

 Yesterday I went out to dinner with the boy and while I was waiting for him, I stopped by Topshop and bought these lovely lovely wedges. They're called "Webster" which I find quite endearing. I was eying them up before but now that they were on double sale, I couldn't resist!

They detailing looks a bit silver in this image but it is actually in a shade of gold. I also bought a skirt and some make-up. I was debating another pair of shoes, but what am I, made of money? And I didn't want to lug too much with me to dinner. I'm thinking of returning to Topshop but not before another exam so all the gorgeous shoes will probably be gone, oh well, that's life. Shoe Shopping

 While I was out buying a birthday present for the boy I stopped by Zara and lucky me, managed to score two pairs of heels. Those who know me know I can't resist a nice pair of shoes and when there's a sale involved, I get sucked right in. What can I say? I'm shoe addicted.

My first Vlog!

Hi guys, I thought it would be interesting to make a vlog on the way home from shopping/dinner with the boy today. Let me know what you think, if you like it, what to change etc. I know it's not the best video, but I don't have a video editor on my PC and so it's literally just what I captured with my phone while walking home. I just thought it'd be another step forward for this blog to post a video, so that you could hear my voice and get to know me a little bit more. Files of New: Pendant Necklaces

I mentioned before that I ordered two necklaces from Asos - well they came yesterday and I went to pick them up at the post office today after my morning classes. I adore them both but am a bit bummed that they both went on sale AFTER I purchased them. Oh well, I guess you win some and you lose some. I might have also mentioned that I'd post today's outfit later but I won't cause the light sucks and the photos came out rather blahh. Instead I will try to take photos later (cause I'll be going out for dinner with the boy to celebrate a year & a half together - time flies!) - speaking of which: I have no idea what to wear! I'll look through the new issue of Elle for some inspiration then, Michelle Williams is the cover girl this month and I must say, she is so adorable. I love her and cannot wait to see her new movie (and am hoping she'll get an Oscar for her performance). And I have a feeling she'd approve of these necklaces. Xox, Miss V

What does MsVeve love buying the most? Shoes, duh! Had an amazing shopping time over at H&M, found the most blue sandals ever and happily enough, they cover my entire feet ink, which is damned good for some occasions. Also? You would not believe the price. 70 Kc. Yes, really. (That's like 3 euros). The white wedges were also from H&M, I totally love them and they too were for the ridiculous price of 70 crowns, madness. Next I bought a pair od Prague tourist flip flops because well I had to really. I was out clubbing with Gabi and my red wedged heels were KILLING me so it was either buying a pair of diff. shoes or going home to change and going home was just too annoying so ta da! I partied the night away in these bad boys;) Another H&M pair, beige quilted balerina flats. I just had to have these. Yeah. So that was the shoe part, then a bought a whole lotta shirts and tees etc. and also this AMAZING Topshop black rompersuit, love it! love it! love it! I'm so into rompers now it's crazy. This whole craze started with the heart detailed romper from Zara, now this one and yesterday I bought a sailor inspired one also from Zara, photos to come soon I hope. Oh and while keeping up with blogging friends, I apparently NEEDED to buy a pair of slightly oversized bow detailed shorts. yeah. Totally. Now I'm off to buy a book and a dress and then too go tend my pig and my boy. Exactly in that order too. Happy Wednesday!
